1. Order Cancellation


a. Cancellation by Customer:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@zuvou.com with your order details.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

b. Cancellation by Zuvou:
- We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or issues with your payment method.
- If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued.

 

2. Return Policy


a. Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

b. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made products, items purchased on sale, and gift cards.

 

c. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@precibel.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

3. Refund Policy


a. Refund Eligibility:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

b. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

a. Reporting Damages:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at hello@precibel.com.
- Provide details of the damage or defect, along with photographic evidence.

 

b. Resolution:
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, for damaged or defective products.

 

5. Exchange Policy
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at hello@precibel.com.
